Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The garment must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- If the garment has been used or damaged by the customer, the return request will not be accepted
How to Initiate a Return
1. Submit a Return Request

2. Reverse Pickup
- Once your return request is received and processed, EL Noreste Pvt Ltd will arrange for a reverse pickup of the garment from your delivery address.
- This pickup will be coordinated at no additional cost to you.
Inspection and Processing
- Once the returned garment is received, it will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure that the item is in its original, unworn condition and that the reason for return is valid.
- Genuine claims (e.g., manufacturing defects or incorrect items) will be approved after inspection.
Return Outcome
Replacement
- If the return request is for a size exchange or another item, we will arrange for a replacement based on availability.
- If the desired replacement is unavailable, we will proceed with a refund.
Refund
- If the return request is valid and a replacement is not requested, we will process a refund for the amount paid.
- The refund will be made to the original payment source used by the customer during the purchase.
Refund Processing Time
- Refunds will be processed within 9-15 business days from the receipt of the returned garment.
- The time frame may vary depending on your payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
- Garments that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
- Returns of sale items or items purchased with discounts may be subject to special conditions, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Customer Responsibilities
- Please ensure the returned item is packed securely for the reverse pickup.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the garment is returned in the same condition it was received.
