Shipping Policy

At EL Noreste, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and securely.

 

Order Processing & Shipping Time:

• Once we receive your order, we aim to ship it out on the same day or the next working day, ensuring quick and efficient processing.
• All orders are dispatched through dedicated, premium logistics carriers to guarantee reliable delivery.

 

Delivery Timeline:
• The time it takes for you to receive your order will depend on the PIN Code and the delivery location’s distance from our warehouse in Bangalore.
• Typically, delivery can take anywhere from 1 to 7 days after shipment.
• You will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped, so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

 

Shipping Charges:
• We do not charge you for Shipping the garments to your location.
• For orders cancelled we do not charge if the garment has not been shipped out. However, if the garment is shipped out you can opt to return the same on receipt. You will be charged the logistics cost on actuals to a maximum of Rs.300/- per garment.
• For garments returned you will be charged for the reverse logistics subject to a maximum of Rs.200/- per garment.
